When You Feel Like You're Not Enough

Some days, the weight feels heavier than others.
Maybe it was a therapy session that didn’t go well, a meltdown that left you in tears, or a comment from someone who just doesn’t understand. As a mom of a child with autism, it’s easy to look around and wonder if you’re doing enough, being enough, loving enough.
Let me gently remind you—you are not failing.
You’re showing up, day after day. You advocate. You adapt. You learn. You give your heart to your child in a hundred small ways others may never see. And yes, you get tired. That doesn’t make you weak—it makes you human.
Feelings of inadequacy are real, but they don’t define your worth as a mother. You were chosen for your child not by accident, but with purpose. And in your moments of weakness, there is strength available beyond your own.
Hold on to this truth:
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9
Even when you feel like you’re not enough, God's grace is. You are doing better than you think, and you are not alone.
Stay Amazing!
